What is Double Xi Arrangement doing?

Fuss-free and affordable proposal set ups to be remembered for a life-time. Our arrangements help to lift up the mood, before you pop the big question!

Are your Arrangement Sets customizable?

Our arrangement sets are intentionally designed to look good on photos, and a fuss-free set-up. As of now, we do not take in projects that require customization.

The good news is, each set has special props that allows you to include your own memories. This includes photo frames, alphabet felt board and cork-board that you may use to make the set personalized for her!

**Tip: The RING and the flower bouquet are necessities. You may consider including another significant item that represents your journey for that special touch! Let us know what it is, and we will see how we can help you with it!

What is the process for the Arrangements?

See a Arrangement Set that you like? Simply contact us, with the name of the Arrangement Set, the date you need it, and your preferred choice of delivery. Our friendly staff will contact you, and communication will be done via WhatsApp.

How will Double Xi deliver the props?

The price of our package includes 2-way delivery of props to your location and back.

If you would require set-up and tear-down service [+ $100], do let our staff know so that we may make arrangements to help you plan the perfect surprise.

How do I confirm my slot?

We will require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which will be used to confirm your slot on that day and time. Remaining 50% of payment, will be calculated together with other add-ons (e.g. set-up & tear-down cost) which will be required 48 hours before the specified date and time.

We will also require a security deposit, which you may choose to pay together, or during time of collection.

Are there any additional costs?

We have a refundable security deposit, which will range from $100 -150 depending on the Arrangement Sets.

Security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days, once returned items have been checked and are in good condition,

However, security deposit will be deducted for any missing and/or damage items and late return of rental props.

In the case of damaged props, do take a picture and send it to us ASAP so we can assess the damage, and what you can do next.

Do you offer any packages, or preferred vendor list?

We are still starting out and do not have any packages and preferred vendor list yet. However, if you have trouble finding a suitable vendor, let us know and we will see how we can help!
